Our Services

We offer pediatric speech/language and occupational therapy evaluations and treatment in your child’s natural environment and we are typically able to travel to addresses in Chapel Hill/Carrboro, Pittsboro, Hillsborough, and portions of Durham (pending scheduling availability). We are not in network providers for private health insurance plans, but are able to provide families with invoices to submit to their insurance company for possible reimbursement (payment is expected at time of service). We are early intervention providers through the Children’s Developmental Services Agency (CDSA) as well as NC Medicaid Providers. Because we are a small practice with an emphasis on providing quality services (and not being mired in extensive paperwork), we are unable to be in network providers for other private insurance companies at this time, but we are happy to provide families with documentation (treatment plans, progress notes, etc.) for reimbursement. Many families have found that they are able to access Health Savings accounts through their employers to fund services as well.
